      WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT LACE BYRD BOXES?
      Our ring boxes are thoughtfully crafted to house your forever ring. It's size, shape and material were designed to ensure that your gems and diamonds are illuminated from every angle. We source from the finest velvet makers, with colors dyed exclusively for us to complement silver, gold and rose gold colors. We're patent-pending meaning you won't find anything else quite like our product.

      WHAT IS THE SIZE OF LACE BYRD BOXES?
      Approximately 1.46" L x 1.46" W x 1.38" H.

      WHAT RING SIZE WILL FIT INSIDE A LACE BYRD BOX?
      Traditionally, ring sizes up to 9 can comfortably fit into our boxes depending on the prong setting.  That’s up to 0.9" in diameter and 1" in height (outer edge to outer edge).

      HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST TO THE US AND WHAT ARE DELIVERY TIMES? 
      Complimentary shipping is applied to all orders in the US. There are never taxes or duties. Delivery time ranges from 5-7 days after processing. 

      HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST TO CANADA AND WHAT ARE DELIVERY TIMES?
      Shipping to Canada is priced at a flat fee of $5. We've partnered with our fulfillment partner to ensure no duties will be passed to you. Please note, Canadian Territories will be charged an additional $5 for shipping. Delivery time ranges from 5-7 days after processing. 

      HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA? WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES?
      A flat fee of $10 is applied at checkout and will arrive in 7-21 business days after processing. Duties may apply.

      DOES MY ORDER COME WITH TRACKING?
      All orders come with a tracking number and will be sent to your inbox when shipped.

      ARE THERE ANY DUTIES OR HIDDEN FEES?

      There are never hidden fees. We've worked with out shipping partners to ensure no duties are passed onto our American and Canadian customers. Duties may apply to countries outside of the US and Canada.

      HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT?
      Orders take between 2-3 business days to process.

      CAN I GET EXPEDITED/EXPRESS SHIPPING?
      Yes, of course! There is an additional fee for expedited shipping.

      US and Canada: 2-4 business days (please select expedited shipping at checkout)

      Returns & Exchanges

      I'M HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS. CAN I RETURN MY BOX?
      **Please note, all discounted ring boxes and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged**
      We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns on non-monogrammed ring boxes may be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We ask that all ring boxes are returned in its original condition. To make a return: 

      1. Email us at jessica@lacebyrd.com and we will provide you with a return form.
      2. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.  We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Lace Byrd is not held responsible for any lost returns.
      3. Credit for item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s).
      4. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the return process to finalize.

      CAN I EXCHANGE MY BOX FOR ANOTHER COLOR?
      **Please note, all discounted ring boxes and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged**
      Absolutely! All non-monogrammed ring boxes in it's original condition may be exchanged within 7 days or receiving your purchase. To make an exchange:

      1. Email us at jessica@lacebyrd.com and we will provide you with an exchange form.
      2. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.  We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Lace Byrd is not held responsible for any lost returns.
      3. Our team will send out your new ring box once we’ve procured the original item returned for exchange.
      4. Please allow 4-5 weeks for the exchange process to finalize.
